PTI Nadeem Khayal wins with 20,772 votes Election Commission
NA 33 By Election : Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI candidate Dr Nadeem Khayal has won the by election in NA-33 constituency in Hangu. Polling for by elections in NA-33 started at 8 am & continued till 5 pm.

NA 33 By Election : According to the results released by the Election Commission PTI candidate Dr. Mr Nadeem Khayal has been declared successful in the by Elections. According to results of all 210 polling stations of NA 33 Hangu Nadeem Khayal of PTI won with 20,772 votes.
Mufti Obaid ullah of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam came second with 18244 votes while ANP candidate Mr Saeed Omar got 3,314 votes.
This seat was vacated after the death of PTI MNA Haji Khayal and PTI issued ticket to Haji Khayal son for this seat.
Hangu NA 33 By Election : Nadeem Khayal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI candidate has taken the field according to the unofficial results of all polling stations of the by election held in Constituency 33 Hangu of National Assembly.
According to full official results released by the Deputy Commissioner's Office Hungu Nadeem Khayal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI bagged 20772 votes in NA-33 Hangu district, followed by Mufti Obaid ullah of JUI F with 18244 votes and Syed Umar 3314 of ANP. He came third with votes.
Earlier the Chief Election Commissioner had directed the District Returning Officer Returning Officer and security officers to be vigilant & provide a copy of the results to all polling agents at polling stations.
NA 33 By Election : National Assembly seat was vacated by the death of PTI MNA Haji Khayal. Five candidates including JUI ANP PTI & other 2 Independence had participated in elections.
In Hangu constituency NA 33 there was a tussle between PTI & JUI in which 5 candidates participated, including Dr. Nadeem Khayal of PTI son of late MNA Haji Khayal Zaman. Mufti Obaid ullah of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam who is also a former district nazim, Saeed Umar of Awami National Party independent candidate Mr Atiq Ahmed & independent candidate Muhammad Saeed participated.

According to DPO Hangu Ikram ullah Khan young men of Pakistan Army and FC including 5,000 policemen, continued to perform their duties during election day.
DPO further said that due to security concerns, all entrances & exits of Hangu Tehsil & Til Tehsil were sealed off. According to District Returning Officer turnout in this by Election was 13.53%.
