Imran Khan is no longer the Prime Minister Cabinet Notification

Mr  Imran Khan is no longer the Prime Minister Cabinet Division issued a notification

Mr imran Khan has not been the Prime Minister Pakistan Cabinet Division has issued a notification in this regard.

Cabinet Notification : According to the notification after the dissolution of the National Assembly by the President under Article 58 1 of  Constitution, Imran Khan Niazi  now is no longer  Prime Minister of Pakistan

Cabinet Notification : According to the cabinet notification  notification that Imran Khan will not be Prime Minister will be implemented immediately.

Cabinet Notification : It may be recalled that a no confidence motion against Prime Minister Mr Imran Khan was to be voted on today but the Deputy Speaker National Assembly rejected the motion declaring it unconstitutional. He said that the nation should prepare for elections.

Cabinet Notification : After Imran Khans speech President Arif Alvi dissolved the National Assembly but the opposition declared the whole process unconstitutional and called a sit in inside the assembly.

Cabinet Notification :Supreme Court of Pakistan has also taken suo motu notice of the proceedings of the National Assembly, which had a preliminary hearing today.

A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mr  Umar Ata Bandial restrained state officials from taking any unconstitutional action.
