 Case against Deputy Speaker Rolling will be heard again in  Supreme Court today.

Yesterday PTI lawyer Babar Awan and President,s lawyer Barrister Ali Zafar gave their arguments while today Speaker Deputy Speaker & PRime Minister lawyer Naeem Bukhari and Attorney General will present their arguments before a five member larger bench headed by Chief Justice. Will

  

Islamabad :Petitioners lawyers will respond after  arguments are completed.

The 5 member bench comprises Chief Justice Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial Justice Muneeb Akhtar Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, Justice Mazhar Alam Mian Khel & Justice Jamal Mandokhel.

No Confidence Motion : At the commencement of  hearing Advocate General Punjab Ahmed Owais said that the constitution has been left behind bureaucracy of Punjab was also summoned last night former governor of Punjab is taking oath in Bagh Jinnah today.

The Chief Justice Pakistan said that submit a written reply to us, do not interfere in this matter. The Lahore High Court will look into case of Punjab. We are only looking into the case of the ( Parliament ) National Assembly. The parties themselves should sit down and resolve the issue.

No Confidence Motion : Advocate General Punjab said that a dictator had said that the constitution is a book of  pages 12.  I can tear it at any time. Chief Justice Omar Atta bandial said that we don't want to get involved in the problems of Punjab.

Justice Mazhar Alam Mian Khel said that it was also shown on TV that barbed wire was installed in  Punjab Assembly. Where are the issues being taken ? Advocate Azam Nazir Tarar said that where should  members of the assembly go when  assembly was locked. Advocate General Punjab said that last night Hamza Shahbaz PNL N was made Chief Minister in a private hotel.

Justice Mazhar Alam Mian Khel said that we are sitting here for the protection of the constitution Of Pakistan.

Advocate General Punjab said that former governor will take oath from  Mian Hamza Shahbaz in Bagh Jinnah today.  mian Hamza Shahbaz has also called a meeting of bureaucrats today. Constitution is a very trivial matter 4  them.

The Chief Justice Of Pakistan said that he would not issue any order regarding Punjab take the matter of Punjab to the High Court and did not want to divert attention from  case of the National Assembly.

After which the Chief Justice removed Azam Nazir Tarar and Advocate General Punjab from the rostrum. Barrister Ali Zafar counsel for President Arif Alvi began his arguments.
