The company said in a message on Also social networking site Twitter that several optical fiber cuts had affected the service
The company said in a statement that several optical fiber cuts in our service provider networks have affected our services in many places.
Statement added that the company was taking steps to restore the service on an emergency basis & was trying to minimize impact on consumers.
