Police arrested three people who were allegedly attacked by the YouTube V Laugu Dale Philip from Scotland on Karachi.

The video begins with an agreement between Dale Philip & the horse owners on a 1 ride to the coastal Park Chunky Monkey for Rs.
Horse owner Dale Philip is told during ride that Chunky is a long ride to Monkey and does not give a clear answer when asked about his fare. The owner of the horse was riding another horse along with Dale Philip.
The foreign v Lager reminds him that if 200 is agreed for a ride then he says that it will take 20 rounds to reach Chunky Monkey. Refuse to pay
