A 400 Pound Python was confiscated from a house in Florida that had been keeping her as a pet. The 400 Pound Python is 18 feet long, and has reportedly gotten out of her cage on numerous occassions. This seems absurd, as a 400 Pound Python could easily eat neighborhood cats, dogs, and children as well. It's hard to understand the attraction of a "pet" that would like to eat you for lunch. One time I found a reptile zoo within walking distance of a spot at Panama City Beach, Florida. There was this huge snake there and the owner was telling me how it escaped one day, and wrapped itself around him before he could get away. He nearly died except by good fortune, someone happened to come in and rescue him. For a professional, a 400 Pound Python is not going to be easy to handle, this size of a snake does not make a good pet.
